Chumphon
province and Chumphon Town
Chumphon town is the main city in Chumpon province. The whole
Chumphon province is very little developed for any kind of
tourist activities.
It´s strange
since Chumphon province has about 140 miles of coastline with a
lot of attractive beaches, coral reefs and very clear water.
Since Chumphon province borders the Gulf of Thailand the weather
is also quite stable.
There are few
good hotels in Chumphon since most people just drive through on
their way from Bangkok to the south. The Chumphon region is
beautiful and worth exploring.
